Web orders will be processed Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am - 2:00pm (CST). Any orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Regular Priced Merchandise
Merchandise should be returned within 10 days of receipt for store credit. Must include the vendor packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached. Used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. These conditions do not apply to merchandise purchased during online or in-store sale promotions. Items mailed later than 10 days are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Gifts can be returned for store credit. For exchanges or gift returns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 415 989 8666.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Uomo San Francisco, www.uomosf.com.
Online Sale, Online Clearance, Sample Sale, and Discontinued Merchandise
Merchandise purchased online must be mailed for return within 7 days of receipt to receive store credit. Merchandise should include the vendor packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags still attached. In store purchases marked final sale cannot be returned. No price adjustments on sale merchandise. Sale merchandise will be returned at the current markdown price. Sale items held longer than 7 days are final sale and cannot be returned. Merchandise purchased during online and in-store sale promotions are considered as sale merchandise, and will be refunded according to the conditions outlined in this section.
Personalized orders, special orders and undergarments are non-returnable.
You are responsible for your return shipping fees and may use your preferred mail service. On the packing slip (enclosed with your purchase), note the reason(s) for return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

Any merchandise purchased online may be returned for store credit at the store. Please note: When a gift is returned, a Uomo San Francisco merchandise credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The merchandise credit gift card can be used for future purchases in the store.
