Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

We Ship to Canada , Europe , Australia , New Zealand and other countries. All online orders are processed Monday through Friday between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM (PST). Any orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.

 

Returns and exchanges on all online merchandise:

Please reach out to us if you have a question about sizing.

All regular price online sales are fully refundable within 14 days of receiving the item.

Sales items marked down 50%, or more are eligible for exchange or store credit only -No Refund.

All returned merchandise must include the vendor packaging and arrive back to the store in the same condition in which it was received, including with all original tags still attached. Used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Items mailed later than 14 days from receipt are not eligible for exchange or store credit. We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, we may restrict or refuse transactions from customers who we have identified through electric analysis as engaging in an unreasonable pattern of returns.

 

Returns by Mail:

Customers may use their preferred mail carriers and are responsible for their own return shipping fees. On the packing slip (enclosed with the purchase), please note the reason(s) for return. Please enclose the packing slip with the item and ship to:

Returns in Store:

Any merchandise purchased online may be returned at the store as long as it is within the guidelines of the store Return Policy.
